REBATE POLICY

Depending on the number of hours volunteered, it is possible to obtain a discount for one of the two events organized by Choc Événements, either the Ultra-Ski des Chic-Chocs or the Ultra-Trail des Chic-Chocs.

  • The discounts on registration are valid for the following year for the Ultra-Ski.

  • The discounts on registration for the Chic-Chocs Ultra-Trail are valid for the same year.

  • Each volunteer is responsible for checking in at the beginning and the end of his or her volunteering shift so that the real hours are accounted for.

  • An email will be sent to the volunteers following the event. Volunteers will be asked to respond to this email to claim their rebate. A personalized code will then be sent to them.

  • No bibs reserved. First come, first served.
