REGISTRATION MODIFICATION POLICY

All registration modification requests must be sent by email to the following address

coordination@ultra-ski.com

In order to ensure optimal follow-up of the all inquiries, no requests made via our social media platforms will be processed.

REFUND

Procedure:

Send an email to coordination@ultra-ski.com with the following information:

  • Full name

  • Transaction number (registration confirmation email)

Please note that registration platform fees, credit card fees and associated taxes are not refundable.

BIB TRANSFERT

 

All requests for bib transfers must be submitted 10 days prior to the event.

​

Deadline: March 15th, 2023 12am

Fess (taxes included): $ 15

 

Procedure:

1.  Email coordination@ultra-ski.com with the following information:

  • Full name

  • Transaction number (registration confirmation email)

  • Full name of the individual to whom you are transferring your bib

  • Email address of the individual to whom you are transferring your bib ​

2.  An email will be sent to you and the individual to whom you are transferring your bib

​

3.  The new participant will have to fill out the registration form that will be sent by our team.

​

REGISTRATION DEFFERAL

​

No registration will be deferred to the next edition.
